Great Pyramid moved and shrunk?
- Walter McEntyre
Many people remember the layout of the Pyramids to be in the same pattern as the Orion constellation, with the two larger ones being offset slightly by the smaller one, the same way the stars appear. However, not only does that not seem to be the case any more, but some are claiming the two largest ones have swapped places from the positions they recall. Is this the largest man made object to be affected Mass Memory Discrepancy Effect?
People also remember the central pyramid to be the largest one, and point to it's name as "The Great Pyramid" as reflecting that. Even more confusingly, some are claiming the Sphinx has moved from how they remember.
In line with Orion?
Khufu
The Great Pyramid (Khufu) was built in 2670 BC over a 10 to 20 year period. It was the tallest man made object in the world for over 3,800 years - right until Lincoln Cathedral was built in England in 1311 AD. The idea it was part of a formation mirroring Orion's Belt has been questioned in "The Pyramid Builder's Handbook"; in particular the intentional lining up of their north-west corners:
The idea an object as large and famous as the Great Pyramid could have changed at all, especially having been filmed and documented so many times seems absurd until the true nature of the Mandela Effect is understood. There is another one which is based on the idea the earth itself has moved constellations, which would necessitate the pyramids to be moved too in order to retain alignment.
It's not helped by the confusion some documentaries and websites have between the names of the two larger Pyramids, Khafre and Khufu. Today, Googling "Which is the largest pyramid" returns Khufu, which isn't the central one of the three. Irrespective of the name, its the position of the largest one which people remember for this Mandela Effect, which for them was always the central one.
